You’re in for a life changing 5 days… I say that because we have seen the deep transformations of the people who have experienced this training before.
We’re meeting for registration from 9.15am. We begin fully in the live stream room at 9.30am GMT sharp ! The days shall end around 5pm
Each day, the sessions will look like this (these are approximate times and may vary slightly):
09:30 – 11:30 | Session 1
11:30 – 11:45 | Break
11:45 – 13.45 | Session 2
13:45 – 15.15 | Lunch
15:00 – 17:00 | Session 3

If you haven’t used Zoom before please click here now and register then download the software you need to on your PC, MAC or Device. To make the most of it we need to be able to see you on Camera.
You will be guided by one of our fabulous mentors throughout the two days.
We can coach and guide you if you’re visible on camera.

Please ensure you drink plenty of water, and are positioned in a comfy area where you can focus on the sessions.
Ensure that your space is quiet, has natural daylight and you have your workbooks and note paper, to hand.
To do so, please make sure you have slept and rested well. Expect to feel extra tired towards the end of the day
Try to avoid wheat (Gluten), meat and dairy 48 hours before the event and for the duration of the event. These types of food slow down your energy system, make you feel tired and sluggish. Which means they may slow down the speed of your shifts with the exercises we do together during the event.
Eat well…make sure you start the day with a great breakfast. Throughout your day snack on high energy foods, such as proteins, vitamins etc such as fruit, vegetables, – nuts and seeds (if you are able to).
Keep hydrated before, during and after the event. This is advice for every day, especially important during a training event. Drink at least 2 litres of fluid. Ideally water at room temperature or above. So herbal teas, fresh ginger or turmeric teas are ideal if you can.
Warm water speeds up your energy system, and will again help with the speed of your transformations as your body is able to process things out. It will help create more qi and flow of energy in your body, clear your head and allow you to have more clarity.
Please avoid alcohol 48 hours before the event or during. We want your mind to be as clear as possible to make some magical transformations. Alcohol creates holes in your energy field, and as we’re aiming to reduce or shift damage in your energy systems, it would help to refrain.
Before we begin, if you can do a little EAM to just ensure that you are present. Ensure you are grounded and present during all the sessions. This means if possible shoes and socks are off. During breaks in the sessions get outside with your feet in the grass or lay down in the grass if you can. This will help to release resistance into the ground.
We wouldn’t want you to miss crucial information.
Throughout the day we will be breaking out into smaller groups to practice what has been taught in the previous session.
At any point should you have any questions please use the chat function to pop in your question and one of the team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please highlight that you have a query by putting ‘QUESTION |’ at the beginning of your chat.
When the session begins please mute yourself on your screen and unmute yourself when the exercises and feedback begin.
Please ensure you are present with your camera on whilst on the live stream – show up all the time otherwise you’ll miss crucial parts and your host will not have time to catch you up on bits you have missed, as they need to facilitate the rest of the group.
All the sessions will be recorded and will be accessible within 24 hours of the session ending.
