Getting in Alignment

Wow what an amazing weekend this is going to be.

To make this all run smoothly for you PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS and follow the instructions.

1. SESSION TIMES

Please make sure you treat this event as if you’re live in the room. Give yourself space (if you can) and make sure you’ll be uninterrupted so that you get the most from it.

REGISTRATION | We’re meeting for registration from 08.45 on Zoom.
This will give you time to test your sound, change your username and get your camera on.

We begin fully in the live stream room at the same time as the event at 09.00 (GMT) sharp. If you think you may be ducking in and out over the weekend, please aim to at least join session 1 as we’ll be explaining EAM and setting the scene for the weekend.

SESSION 1 – 9:00am – 11:00am

SESSION 2 – 11:30am – 1:30pm

SESSION 3 – 2:30pm – 4:30pm

Times are approximate and we may over run. (I do love to teach a lot!)

2. SET UP ZOOM

Your live stream will run on a platform called Zoom. If you haven’t used Zoom before please click here now and register then download the software you need to on your PC, MAC or Device. You only need to sign up for a free account for this.

MAKE SURE YOUR CAMERA AND MICROPHONE WORK

We want to make sure you have the best experience, so make sure you have a camera on and that your microphone works. To make the most of this it helps if we can see you on Camera. In case we need to help you with your sway. It may be best to have some headphones on too to prevent feedback on the call. When coming into the call please ensure you are MUTED.

REAL NAME

When you login please use your REAL name on the system and not IPHONE or something. This helps me know who I am speaking to or if I need to unmute you for a question.

We can coach and guide you if you’re visible on camera.

BETTER QUALITY EXPERIENCE

If you can then hard wire yourself into the internet for better quality and watch from a laptop or PC as opposed to tablet or mobile device. If you need to login on a phone or tablet it may be better to download the ZOOM app from your app store. Then when it asks for a meeting ID you can join using MEETING ID: 8811881188

3. ASKING FOR SUPPORT IN CHAT

There will be a LOT of people on the call. A number of our EAM mentors will be online, you’ll know if comments are coming from them, you’ll see their name or sign off their comments with EAM mentor. To make the most of it and ensure we answer your query please use the following

QUESTION | If you have a question about anything I am teaching, please start your question with the word QUESTION >> like this in CAPS. One of the team will flag and forward this to me.

ADMIN | If you have any queries whilst on the chat channel, like not being able to hear, missing a link to a document etc please start your comment with ADMIN one of the team will reply to you.

SUPPORT | If you feel stuck with anything we are doing with EAM, unsure what to ask or what we’re doing please start your comment with the word SUPPORT so our mentors can easily reach you.

 5. WATCH THE PRE TRAINING VIDEO

 If you are totally new to EAM then please make sure you at least click here and watch this short introductory video to the 5 STEPS of EAM at least so you’re familiar with the method we’ll be using over the two days.

6. TROUBLE LOGGING IN

To watch the sessions we have a 1000 people capacity in the zoom training room. The response has been much more than expected and we’ve registered more than 1000 (And still counting) for this weekend. So if you’re unable to get into the training room you’ll be able to watch a version via live stream over on our main Facebook Page.
