Day 2 ~ Transform Your Thoughts & Emotions


I’m so excited to share some of the key EAM concepts today. This is about how you can change your experience of life by changing your energy with the Energy Alignment Method. Today we’ll focus on shifting those thoughts and emotions holding you back so you can feel happier and more in flow.

In this training you’ll discover:

  • How to let go of negative emotions, stress and overwhelm and change your emotional set point
  • What is the one thinking pattern that stops you moving forwards faster
  • Why affirmations, visualizations and journaling don’t work on their own and how to change it.

Your task

After the video you’ll need about 15 – 20 minutes to complete the task, allow yourself at least half an hour to be on the safe side. Of course you can spend longer if you’d like to. Download the worksheet and transcript below to complete at the same time too. Post your feedback and questions in the Facebook group underneath today’s video.
